Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
